Private Speech & Language Therapy for Children
Now recruiting for more Speech and Language Therapists!

New Forest Children's Therapy provides assessment, treatment, and support for children with speech, language, and communication needs.

The service covers the New Forest, Hampshire, and surrounding areas. Assessment and therapy can take place at our bright and welcoming clinic space in Sway, at your child's educational setting, or in some cases in your home.

Before therapy can begin, a case history will be taken, and both informal and formal assessments will be carried out.

If therapy is recommended, we can agree a plan which considers your personal family circumstances and your budget.

Therapy can involve working directly with your child during individual sessions, working closely with your family, and working collaboratively with teaching staff.

We can work together to write meaningful therapy targets, and to create an environment which will enable your child to reach their full potential.

When planning assessment and intervention, your child's interests and personality will always be considered, and resources will be personalised to make them as motivating as possible.

To achieve the best outcomes for your child, therapy should be relevant, engaging, and fun!

Speech and Language Therapists are allied health professionals regulated by the Health Care Professional's Council (HCPC).

Our Speech and Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants are members of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Private Practice (ASLTIP).

Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) certificates and a Safeguarding Policy can be viewed on request.
